What is foundation settlement? What are the causes for ground/ soil settlement?
In this video we will show one of the projects in Sg Siput, Perak (Part 1). In 2013, Structural Repairs was appointed as the contractor to carry out rectification and remedial works to 41 houses which mainly facing cracks and ground settlement problems. It occurred to the houses in the early days of EDTP works in year 2010.
The Electrified Double Track Project (EDTP) spanned 329km in the northern district of Malaysia and involved the retro-fitting of a century-old rail network with state-of-the-art electrification and signalling systems. This project is constructed by Gamuda started in year 2008 and completed in year 2014.
