- To co-ordinate the works on site in an efficient and disciplined manner as well as liaise with the Contracts Department on contractual and technical matters
- Carrying out site investigation / inspection upon receiving instructions from the Engineers;
- Arranging for equipment, materials and workers for commencement of a particular project;
- Preparation of project claims;
- Representing the company for site meetings, joint inspections or joint measurements and other meeting related to the project in the absence of the Company’s engineers; and
- To provide projects information to the Management as and when required
Education Level
Degree in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
Working Experience
Not necessary (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Students pursuing Degree in Civil Engineering courses in institutions of higher learning in Malaysia or abroad;
- Available for a continuous period of minimum 8 weeks;
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent;
- Students have to apply one month before the commencement date; and
- Number of internship placements is subject to availability at any one time.
a) Delivering materials and equipment to the project site;
b) Servicing of equipment and maintaining the equipment in good order;
c) Transporting site workers to / from the project site;
d) Supervising work carried out by other site workers in his team;
e) Ensuring that work under his supervision is carried out efficiently;
f) Maintaining the discipline of workers and quality of work;
g) Representing the company for joint inspections/measurements;
h) Keeping site diary;
i) Maintaining good business relationship with clients;
j) Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the Company’s store;
k) To provide projects information to the Site Coordinator as and when required
Education Level
SPM or those with experience acceptable by the Company

Technical and Contracts Engineer
(A) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
a) Carrying out site investigation / inspection upon receiving instructions from the Engineers;
b) Arranging for equipment, materials and workers for the commencement of a particular project;
c) Preparation of project claims;
d) Representing the company for site meetings, joint inspections or joint measurements and other meetings related to the project in the absence of the Company’s engineers;
e) Marketing of a specialist range of products distributed by the Company like waterproofing, coating, flooring, repair and restoration materials etc.
f) Maintaining good business relationships with clients; and
g) To provide project information to the Management as and when required.
(B) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge / Skill
– Computer literate: knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
Able to communicate with people at all levels.
