The lifespan of a typical concrete building usually ranges from 75 years to 100 years or more. Buildings deteriorates over time due to normal wear and tear. And regular maintenance can improve and lengthen its service life. Property/facility managers should prepare a significant funds to be invested into the maintenance and repair works of the building as it approaches it’s 30-year-old mark.
